The 2015 Nigeria democracy day seminar in Sweden has been scheduled for saturday, 13th June in Stockholm.
Nigerian In Diaspora Organisation Sweden which made the announcement in a poster made available to African News, indicated that the theme of this year’s seminar is the ”New Face Of Nigerian Democracy”
Highlights of the seminar includes, panel discussion, interactive session and diaspora enlightenment.
The panelists will be the coordinator of state and democracy in the third world, and of the politics of human rights, Mr. Henrik Angerbrandt, Assistant professor and senior researcher at NAI, Mimmi Soderberg, Charge’D’Affaires at the Nigerian Embassy Sweden, Mrs. Jane Ada Ndem and Mr. Adagbon Charles, Writer and commentator on Nigerian Affairs.
Nigeria democracy day is to commemorate the return to democracy in May 29, 1999 and NIDO Sweden, aims to promote intellectual discourse and interactive session on Nigeria’s democratic process.
